How to use rental products

      1. Make a rental reservation

          1. Register as a member
          2. Select the clothes you want to rent and select the desired delivery date from the calendar to make a reservation.

        * Rental period: 2 nights and 3 days, 30 days and 31 nights (reservations can be made from 3 months including the current month up to 1 week before the date of use)

        * Round-trip shipping fee : 1,200 yen (1,320 yen including tax) (3,200 yen (3,520 yen including tax) for Okinawa only).

        *Day 1: Product arrival date → Day 2: Wearing date → Day 3: Return date

        *Payment by credit card only

             3. After completing your order, please check the "Order Completion Email"

             4. After the product has been shipped, we will send you a "Shipping Completion Email" containing the shipping slip number (Yamato Transport).

        <About cleaning>

        Regarding cleaning, we deliver cleaned products.
        ・The rental fee includes cleaning fees. If you would like to extend your rental period, please contact us by email at the address below before making your reservation, stating the product name, color, size, and usage schedule of the item you would like to use.

        <If you wish to extend your stay>

        ・Before making a reservation, please contact us via " Inquiries " and let us know the product name, color, size, and usage schedule of the desired item. If you wish to extend your stay, an additional 25% of the rental fee will be charged for each additional night.

        <About cancellations after reservations>

        ・Cancellation fees will be charged if the request is made 20 days prior to the date of use.

         

        1. Product delivery
          ・Please check the product immediately after receiving it.
          If the product is incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 12 hours of receiving it.
          We cannot accept returns or refunds if you contact us after 12 hours.
          ・The products we handle are rental items, so they are not new. Please note that there may be minor scratches.
          ・We rent products that are in good condition according to our standards.
        2. Requests during and after use
          When in use
           Please take good care of your clothes.
           ・Please do not spray perfume directly onto your clothes. Also, when using it on your body, be careful not to transfer the scent to your clothes.

          After use
          - Cleaning will be carried out by our company, so please do not iron, wash or bleach the items yourself.
          ・If the item is damaged or soiled, please do not attempt to repair it yourself. Please return the item in its original box, taking care not to spread the damage.
          -If there is any damage or dirt, please fill out the details of the affected area on the questionnaire enclosed in the box.

        3. How to return
          1.
          Please make sure that you have not left any personal belongings in the product you are using.
          2.
          Please fill out the questionnaire if there is any damage or dirt.
          3.
          When you receive your package, please attach the enclosed cash-on-delivery slip to the box.
          4.
          Please ship from a Yamato Transport store or convenience store.

          Once we receive the returned item, we will send you a "return confirmation email."

          <Regarding unreturned and late returns>
          If you fail to return the item by the due date, you will be charged a late fee and compensation.
Regarding business hours during the New Year holidays, we will be open until Monday, December 30, 2024.
We accept orders 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
We will begin shipping products from Friday, January 3, 2025.
*We expect to be busy with orders and deliveries during the New Year period.
Please place your order as soon as possible.

Please note that the support center will be closed from December 31st to January 2nd, as well as on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
